Peter Strauss

Peter Strauss is a co-founder of Iconic Investments. With 17 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, and an extensive entrepreneurial background, Peter focuses on providing advisory and representation services to property investors.

Since entering the real estate industry in 2001, Peter has been involved in over $900 million of transactions and underwriting. Prior to co-founding Iconic Investments, he was Vice President of Investments at Marcus & Millichap. Peter received his bachelor’s degree in business economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is currently a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He has been recognized repeatedly for his innovative and effective property marketing strategies and has led numerous training seminars on the subject.
