Peter Strauss is a Senior Vice President with The Mogharebi Group, where he brings more than 24 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, investment, and ownership. Over the course of his career, he has been directly involved in more than $1 billion in transactions and underwriting assignments, with a focus on multifamily properties. His depth of experience combines traditional brokerage knowledge with the hands-on expertise of an owner, giving his clients a unique advantage in today’s competitive investment environment.
Before joining The Mogharebi Group, Peter co-founded and operated Iconic Investments for more than 15 years. He previously served as Vice President of Investments with Marcus & Millichap, where he was recognized for his strong transaction record and innovative marketing strategies. In addition to brokerage, Peter owns and operates multifamily buildings throughout Los Angeles. His work has included full gut renovations, repositioning, and active day-to-day management of assets.
He has also syndicated deals, sourced debt, structured waterfalls, and created private placement memoranda, giving him a deep understanding of capital markets and deal structuring. Peter received his bachelor’s degree in business economics from UC Santa Barbara and is a CCIM candidate.
