Peter Wray (“Pete”) is the Principal Broker of Triangle Realtors.
Pete is a native of Staunton, Virginia, and now resides in Charlottesville, Virginia, with his wife and three sons. Pete has spent the majority of his life living and working in western and central Virginia. Since graduating from the University of Virginia in 1991, Pete has served in construction and real estate associated positions throughout the region, state, and country. He is a licensed Broker in Virginia and North Carolina. Over the years, Pete has assisted with some of the region's most successful commercial real estate projects.
Pete’s years of experience in the construction, real estate, and corporate management arenas have enabled him to become one of the region’s top producing commercial real estate brokers. He understands every aspect of new construction, rezoning, transportation issues, and commercial real estate financing. He has completed a wide array of commercial real estate transactions from office, medical, industrial, and multifamily to shopping centers, self-storage, convenience/gas stores, and hotels. Pete has completed over $514 Million in real estate transactions. Pete’s focus is on the representation of local, regional, and national companies, individuals, and non-profits with their purchasing, sales, leasing, and development requirements.?
Pete is a member of multiple professional organizations including: the National Association of Realtors, the Virginia Association of Realtors, the Charlottesville-Albemarle Association of Realtors, the Augusta County Association of Realtors, the Harrisonburg Rockingham Association of Realtors, the Shenandoah Valley Economic Partnership, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Certified Commercial Investment Members. He serves as a Director on the Farmers and Merchants Bank Board of Directors, Elon University Parents Council Member, a Director on the First Tee Shenandoah Valley Board of Directors, a Certified Volunteer/Member of the University of Virginia Medical Center Cancer Support Team, and a Member of the Charlottesville Realtors Commercial Real Estate Council. Pete has also been active in community youth sports, formerly serving as a Head Coach within the Jefferson Youth Football League and the Virginia Basketball Academy.
