Pete is a full-time Licensed New York State Broker with Tru Agent Real Estate in Rochester, New York. Pete began his career in real estate in 2004 and earned his Broker's License in 2007.The Zizzi Team holds Platinum Award status for over 10 million dollars in sales per year, putting them in the top 3% of area Realtors.
In 2020, Pete, alongside two partners created a new brand and company called Tru Agent Real Estate. Tru Agent Real Estate was created to force a movement of change focused on values and quality, to provide the foundation for the highest caliber of Real Estate agents to grow their business within, and to elevate the Real Estate experience for the industry, clients and colleagues.
Pete bought his first investment property in 2003, and since had numerous holds and rehab properties. Having this experience allows him to fully understand the investors’ point of view, since he is an investor as well and can effectively work with landlords and investors.
