Petra Herceg

Petra has been selling residential real estate for the past 15 years, here in California and in Florida as well. Before that, she was helping manage luxury properties in the Los Angeles area, in Westwood and Malibu.

She enjoys working with both buyers and sellers and has a lot of experience handling short sales and foreclosures.

Her friendly and outgoing personality makes it easy and fun to work with her. One client bought and sold 11 homes with her!

Her goal continues to be providing excellent customer service and the best experience for her clients.

She is part of The Barron Team, which is ranked #12 in San Diego, out of 20,000 real estate agents. The Barron Team averages 150 transactions a year and Petra is very proud of being part of such a productive group.

She lives in Santaluz with her family and has great knowledge of the surrounding communities.

She is an avid runner, loves the outdoors and to travel and actively volunteers at her son's elementary school. She is from Hungary and is fluent in Hungarian also.
