Born and raised by Hamburg, Germany, Petra attained her degree in Business Administration and then embarked on a career in high level management positions in advertising, marketing, and tourism. This set the foundation for what would become a phenomenally successful entrepreneurial career in the U.S. following her relocation here in 1998, which included being an owner/operator of a Ramada Motel on Clearwater Beach and 3 very successful McDonald’s franchises in Ocala. Having gained valuable firsthand experience by successfully buying, selling, and managing personal and investment properties in Pinellas, real estate has been part of Petra’s DNA since long before she obtained her agent’s license. Known for her outgoing, caring, and open-minded personality, she has also earned a stellar reputation for being available and responsive.
