Phenice was the most awesome realtor I’ve ever had, she made moving from GA to Richmond, VA such a pleasant experience. Always sent me updates on my home, asked questions during the process we weren’t thinking about, went above and beyond to show us around, food spots omg she knew those too. Overall an awesome experience. Would recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy in Richmond and surrounding areas especially moving from another state.

If you are looking to buy a house, Phenice Boykins is excellent.
Give her the details of what you are looking for and she's gonna find it.
In this market, it has been a lot more challenging and she is up to the challenge. You just make sure you are up for the challenge.
