Phil Dankner serves as Senior Vice President for the Unique Apartment Group, a division of Unique Properties, Inc.

He is a multifamily investment specialist covering the entire State of Colorado. Phil is passionate about building wealth for his clients by helping them make the right investment decisions for their personal financial goals while also establishing long-lasting relationships.

Since 2017, Phil has consistently been ranked as one of the top ten multifamily brokers by the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors Heavy Hitters program. He has closed in excess of $800M in multifamily transactions throughout the state of Colorado

Phil's involvement with Unique Properties first came as a client of the Unique Apartment Group.
