About Phil

Philip Gerbode was born in Yorkshire, England and raised in San Francisco. He came to Vermont to attend Middlebury College, later graduating from Tufts University. Settling in the St. Albans area, he started in real estate in 1985, then became co-owner of Coldwell Banker Choice Properties. In 2014, Phil and his business partner, merged their company with Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty. Phil has served as President of the Franklin County Board of Realtors and is a long-time member of the St. Alban’s Rotary Club. He specializes in residential properties of all types, is an Accredited Buyer's Representative, a Green Designee and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist.
