When other involved parties were vague and unresponsive Mr. Johnson went above and beyond to keep the process moving forward ensuring the closing remained on track for our target date. Phil was great! I think he had just as much fun and was just as excited about us buying a house as we were. He really listened to what we wanted and answered all of our questions. If he didn't know the answer he found out right away. He was a pleasure to work with! We will be referring him to our friends and family. I felt like I could be upfront and honest with him about what I wanted. Very professional and friendly!
