Phil Kazmierczak

Phil brings over 10 years of leadership experience to the Kris Weaver team. He has used his dedication to superior customer service to advance himself in various positions throughout North Carolina and Virginia. He believes that communication and consistency are the keys to success and will work diligently and faithfully to ensure that you find your dream home. When not working for his clients, Phil is a Sergeant in the United States Army Reserve as a Psychological Operations Sergeant. In his free time, he is a volunteer and foster parent with East Coast Canine Alliance - an all breed dog rescue group located in Virginia Beach. Phil is currently licensed in Virginia and North Carolina.
