Phil is a very a very professional, courteous, and kind realtor. He is detail oriented and seems to have all bases covered in terms of the most intricate details of a negotiation. He is a realtor for both commercial and private properties. In this setting we were selling a commercial property and he had all of are detailed needs addressed when preparing us to market our building. After this detail was covered the marketing was very simple and we had a substantial number of inquiries. The initial package that he presented was extremely favorable and generated a great deal of interest. He was always available to present our building and subsequently had a very rapid response to help us understand the interest and even offers. These turnaround times can be quite challenging but there was minimal turnaround time for our queries in regards to his showings. When we finally identified a buyer the negotiating process was not at all unpleasant. And we were able to have a very marvelous closing with our purchaser. Phil was present throughout all of the Negotiations and at closing. His keen attention to detail, his professionalism, and his overall enjoining demeanor made for an exceptional negotiation. We certainly would recommend him as a realtor of choice for any needs as a purchaser or a seller.

Phil represented both the buyer and seller. After doing all of required paperwork he represented both sides in a very honest, professional and fair manner. After meeting with the sellers at closing I know they felt the same way.
I would recommend Phil without hesitation. The best part of the deal was making a new friend who I know I will remain in contact with.
