For nearly 15 years, I’ve served as a licensed residential expert in Collin County, but my perspective on real estate was forged long before I earned my license. Having served as a United States Army Officer, and a senior corporate executive with an MBA from Duke University, I don’t view a home move as a simple search for bedrooms and bathrooms. I view it as a logistical mission that must align your greatest financial asset with your family's evolving vision for their lifestyle and quality of life for the foreseeable future.

I specialize in the "Move-Up"—serving high-capacity families who are purchasing their second, third, or fourth home. My experience is both professional and personal. I have personally executed the "Move-Up" to a new residence five times. I have stood exactly where you are standing. I can lead you through the process, minimizing stress and ensuring a smooth transition. Beyond my advisory work, I’ve managed real estate teams, flipped homes for investment, and founded a home-building company that constructed nearly 100 residences. I know how a house is built, how it is financed, and exactly how it must be positioned to sell fast for top dollar.

When I shift out of "Expert Move-Up Guide” mode, my life is anchored by my family. I have been married to my wife, Debbie, for almost 20 years. Our blended family includes four children and we are currently looking forward to the arrival of our second grandchild. We are dedicated dog lovers and active members of our church community. I have a lifelong passion for music and a deep love for the North Texas outdoors.
