With a long track record as a legal consultant and expert witness involving real estate matters, he embodies diligence and accuracy.

Phil holds professional real estate licensing as an Employing Broker, Certified General Appraiser, and is a Certified Professional Inspector. He holds membership or affiliation with the Colorado Association of Realtors, Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors, Pueblo Association of Realtors and Pikes Peak Association of Realtors.

Phil is a Colorado native who began his real estate career in Colorado 25 years ago after working for several years in the Northwest as a commercial pilot. He and his wife Bren live in Southern Colorado with their three children.
