Phil is originally from New Jersey and moved to Lewes, Delaware to enjoy the beach life year-round. With over twenty-five years of corporate finance and contracting experience, Phil is well-equipped to provide his clients high-quality and thoughtful service. Phil specializes in residential real estate purchases and sales.

Phil is a certified project management professional (PMP) of the Project Management Institute. He is also an active member of the Sussex County Community. He is a member of and volunteers at CAMP Rehoboth. He has also raised money for charities such as the America Foundation for the Prevention of Suicide and American Society for the Prevention.
