Philip Becker

Philip B.W. Becker is the founder of Becker Properties. He has been a realtor since 2009. He was the San Antonio Board of Realtors Rookie of the Year in 2010. He is a 2011 graduate of the Texas Realtors Leadership Program. He has served on numerous SABOR committees, including charing two. Philip also served as the youngest member of the SABOR Board of Directors from 2012-2014. He was named the Texas Certified Residential Specialist Chapter’s 2013 CRS of the Year. He was the peer-to-peer (profiles of people to watch) national featured agent in CRS’s The Residential Specialist magazine in summer 2014. Philip was named one of the 30 under 30 from REALTOR Magazine in 2014. He has served CRS National as a member of both the Product Review and Nominating Committees. Philip has served on numerous committees at the National Association of Realtors, including the Young Professionals Network Advisory Board for which he served as the 2016 Chair, the Strategic Thinking Advisory Committee, the Risk Issues Management Committee, and the Housing Opportunity Committee. Philip is a Golden R major investor in RPAC and a member of the RPAC President’s Circle. In 2017, at age 30, Philip was inducted into the prestigious Omega Tau Rho fraternity of the National Association of Realtors. This status is granted to realtors who have shown exemplary dedication and service to the realtor organization, and Philip is one of the youngest to receive such honor. For 2018, Philip serves as a Director on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Realtors. He is a known real estate speaker with NAR, CRS, and numerous state and local realtor boards. When he has spare time, Philip enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling to his vacation homes in the Caribbean.
