I am so grateful to have worked with Philip Bisesto for the sale of my parents home. He is a wonderful person with great character, integrity, compassion and honesty. He is professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and goes the extra mile to make the whole experience as smooth and efficient as possible. His expertise as a realtor and as a contractor was also invaluable. His combined skills helped us to get some work done to pass inspections in an expedient manner. He is also very responsive and takes and returns call expeditiously. I reside in CA and had to handle most matters long distance but Philip made it easy and worked with me every step of the way. He even found a credit due to my Mom after the closing that the lawyers missed. I am so thankful to have met and worked with Philip. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an excellent real estate agent. You will not be disappointed!

I was fortunate to work with Philip Bisesto during my year long home search. His advice during home viewings is on point and you can see the years of experience he brings to the table reflect in it. He is honest and is not shy of telling you the way it is, but also he tops it with a cherry by telling you options you can explore if you still want to go after the property. I was in homes with questionable organic growth on the walls in the basement and Phil knew right away what it was. Even after I purchased my home, Phil and his team had me in a group text and they constantly checked in for the first moth to see how the move was going and if they can help with anything. It just so happened that I had one major issue that no one could predict, but Phil took it as a personal responsibility to provide help by research, contacting companies and in the end the problem was salved in a day with minimum cost thanks to Phil. Even during the purchase I was able to fill out all my documents online and sign them. They keep up with the latest technologies and really make it easy and covenant. They treat your like family once you choose them. They spent many weekends looking at homes with me and we finally found the perfect one! Phil and his team are part of my family now and they are always welcome in our home. Best chose I have made in many years is to go with Phil and his team.

Me and my siblings had to sell the house we grew up in after my Mother passed. It was a very difficult time for us.

My siblings and I thought the house was in perfect shape and ready to be put on the market. Wow! We were wrong. A lot of work needed to be done and Phil handled the situation with empathy, including offering his help.

Phil is an amazing realtor! Being first time home buyers, my wife and I were a bit unsure of what to look for as we went to open houses. Phil was able to point out and educate us on any issues he saw in the houses, and really helped us to make the best decision in purchasing our new home.

It was our lucky day when we found Phil Bisesto on line to assist with our purchase of a second home in the Hudson Valley. He helped negotiate our deal, provided useful information about the mechanics of the house, gave references to excellent contractors, and offered his expertise on landscaping and tree management.
