Mr. Brailsford is a California licensed Broker (BRE # 01855313); a Member of the International Bar Association, Real Estate Section; a Member of the Commercial Brokers Association; and a member of numerous national and interrnational business and professional organizations. In addition to over 30 years’ experience in local and international real estate and business mergers and acquisitions, Mr. Brailsford also brings over 20 years of experience in venture capital investing, business management, strategic planning, and consulting. He holds dual US and UK citizenship.
Mr. Vincent is a licensed French broker (CPI No. 3002202200000037) with extensive experience in all aspects of French real estate sales and transactions. He has held several senior positions in public relations, communications, and marketing within French government agencies at both the national and regional levels. This included the regional directorship from 2000 to 2017 of the Mouvement des Enterprises de France (MEDF), the largest employer's federation in France with more than 750,000 member companies.
