Gant is very professional and helped us navigate a fast offer to close process, even given a bidding war on the property we really wanted. The seller's realtor was quick to tell us we have a good realtor/broker. Gant is patient and conforms to your needs when it comes to timing, preferences, etc. I would definitely recommend him and will use him in future transactions.

Each time I have worked with Philip Gant Morgner, he has done everything possible to put my interests first and foremost. While other real estate brokers mainly talk, he took the time to listen to my needs and build a plan for our future based on what properties we were targeting. Now, with our plan in place thanks to his negotiation skills and ability to manage financing, we have started to look at other types of investment properties.
