Philip helped us purchase our first home. It was a daunting task for my wife and I, and without Philip’s help we never would have gotten through the whole process. The first characteristic that comes to mind while working with Philip is integrity. Throughout the whole process of working with Philip, we never had to doubt whether he had our best interest in mind.

Each time we visited a house together, Philip had already done his research on the house and as we arrived he provided us with experienced and honest information that we never would have known if we were looking at the house on our own.
Another thing that I really appreciated about Philip was how responsive he was. It was our first time purchasing a home so naturally we had tons of elementary questions. Each time we reached out to Philip, he responded within minutes and he would take the time to give us detailed explanations.

In a nutshell, I would highly recommend choosing Philip as your realtor and I will surely be reaching out to him again the next time I sell or purchase a home.

through Google search, redfin & zillow, etc.

- Negotiation: We had received unforeseen initial lower offers, leading to stressful times. Philip never panicked but took his time to follow up with many agents
afterward and pushed through to convince interested buyers to bring to the table with a top offer, definitely meeting better than his client's
expected sale on our home and close the transaction flawlessly.

- Philip provided good insights even in closing signing, explaining all questions with details.
