Philip Logarides

Philip Logarides is the founder and owner of Carolinas Key Realty, a real estate firm that is licensed in both NC and SC. The firm focuses on client relations and building lifelong relationships. Philip was born in New York, spent some time in Charlottesville, Virginia and Richmond, Virginia pursuing his undergraduate degrees at the University of Virginia and Virginia Commonwealth University, where he received a B.S in Business and a B.A in Music.

In 2011, after graduating, Philip moved to #Charlotte, NC to pursue a J.D. in #Law. He needed to get a job that would allow for flexible hours while still maintaining full-time hours in law school, and was urged by one of his professors to get his real estate license. After getting licensed and joining a large-scale franchise real estate firm, he fell in love with his new career. He felt helping people buy, sell and invest in real estate was a rewarding feeling since he helped people throughout the largest investment of their life. He has dedicated himself to helping his clients achieve their realty goals, from start to finish.

Over the past six years, Philip’s track record speaks for itself. He has received many reviews that praise his knowledge, #professionalism, work ethic, and #negotiation skills. He has helped many families every step of the way throughout the home buying and selling process, and still actively sells real estate even though he started his own firm. Philip decided to open his own firm because he enjoys mentoring and #coaching other agents to be successful in the real estate industry.
