Why do you enjoy being an agent?

Real Estate is a passion that I developed later in my life, after college, marriage and children. I enjoy every minute of it, and it allows me to assist others in one of the biggest decisions of their life’s!

What can you tell us about you?

Phil was born and raised in East Rochester, NY. He currently resides in Webster with his wife Emily and their FOUR girls: Lana, Lenox, Lia and Lyla.

After graduating from St. John Fisher with a Degree in Sociology and a minor in communications, Phil began his career as a Monroe County Sheriff inside the Monroe County Jail. Phil brings a different background to our team and is driven to succeed. He realized his passion for real estate while searching for his forever home with his family.

Phil’s goal in the real estate industry is to help make what some believe to be a stressful experience, simple and enjoyable. Phil is hard-working, self motivated, honest and reliable. He would love to help you, your family and your friends find their forever home!

What sets you and your business apart from other agents?

First and foremost I have always had a deep-seated passion to negotiate. Real Estate allows me to put those skills to work in a beneficial way when buyers and sellers are making some of the largest decisions of their lives.
Conflict resolution is something we deal with every day in our industry, whether it’s with other agents, clients or even lawyers. It’s important for me to get to know my clients because issues will come up during our time together and they need to know that I have their interests and needs at the forefront of my decision making.
