Due to ever increasing interest rates, I was not able to find and purchase the home I wanted but Phillip never stopped trying over several months of looking. I was house searching from Germany. He would go see places and video and take pictures so I could get a feel for each home. He would meet with my family to show them houses as well. He was open to creative ways to find a house and while it did not work out for me, it was not due to anything in Phillip’s control.

In this market today, to get a house at a good price that checks all the boxes is dang near impossible. That is, unless you have a realtor like Philip Rivera. He literally found us a house in our price range with all the stuff we wanted and fought to get it for us. We couldn't be happier with his drive, patience and great attitude.

He also isn't one of "those realtors" who push the whole sales pitch on you the whole time either. He was extremely patient and was willing to look at a plethora of houses that would've sufficed.

My son highly recommended Philip Rivera as a real estate broker for me to work with—and choosing Philip was the best decision we made to sell our first home. He is very courteous and his professionalism, knowledge, expertise, motivation and dedication are what I experienced while working with him. He sold our home—and Philip did an amazing job! He did such an amazing job that we chose him again after we had moved out of state to sell our second home! Phillip was AWESOME. Other agents told us that we had to wait for 6 months to a year. We were told we needed to do this and that. We wasted money and time with other agents. Phillip told us he could get us in a house. We started the process of looking in mid June 2019. We had keys in hand 31 Oct 19. If YOU are are looking for someone to help you get into a house and other agents are telling you NO, CALL,EMAIL,TEXT him. You will not be wasting your time. We didn't have perfect credit, 1 income coming in, But we were able to buy. 1ST time home owners. We rented since 2015 in Lacey. Same house, Same landlord.
