Philip Snyder

I am originally from Denver, Colorado and a graduate of Northern Arizona University with a degree in Hospitality Management and a Masters in Business Administration. However, decades of frequenting hundreds of hotel lobbies and restaurant back offices did not quench my ultimate love of the combination of sales and customer service. In 2007 I decided to combine my hospitality background with my passion for real estate in an effort to broaden my scope.

In 2010, I made the decision to invest full time in assisting families and individuals realize both their long and short term housing needs in both real estate and in senior living markets. I applied my experience in the corporate world to my real estate practice to ensure seamless, professional and efficient transactions. I believe that a strong focus on customer service, responsiveness and client education is the ultimate secret to win/win transactions. My telephone and email are always at hand, day and night for those who are in need. I firmly believe that communication and professionalism are the keys to developing and maintaining long-term relationships with my clients as their trusted advisor.

I have lived and worked in the Phoenix Metropolitan area since late 1999. I call the Valley of the Sun home and I resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with my wife of 22years, Monica and our two teenage children.
