Philipp Schaedler helped us find our new dream home!

We have known Philipp for around thirty years now. We decided to leave California and my family and I were wanting to find a home in North Carolina. Philipp helped us to connect with a fantastic Real Estate firm in North Carolina. Kyle and his team have been an incredible help and extremely thorough with every request and search that we asked of them. We are hoping to close on escrow in June on our new build. Emily, who assisted us, would set up appointments with houses based on our desired specifics. They were absolutely incredible! This is the exact integrity and attentiveness we know we can find with Philipp Schaedler. If we would have searched for a home in California, he would’ve absolutely been our real estate agent. Without a doubt, he and his associates share the same professionalism and commitment to their work. I finally had some time to write this review about Philipp Schaedler.
Philipp Schaedler is a great real estate agent in LosAngeles. He is polite, very knowledgeable, patient and detail oriented. He really took great care of me when we were searching for a property for me to purchase in Los Angeles.
However, unexpectedly I had to quickly change jobs and ended up moving to Miami for work. It all happened so fast, but I finally wanted to take the time and write this review about Philipp, as he really went out of his way to find a property for me and put me in touch with a great lender. Coincidentally the lender he recommended, is also licensed in Florida and can help me with my purchase here. I would say you are in great hands with Philipp for your real estate needs, I highly recommend him.

I can't say enough good things about my experience buying a home with Philipp Schaedler! As a first time home buyer, I was very intimidated by the process and was warned that it was going to be one of the most stressful processes in my life.

But guess what? It wasn't stressful at all! Everything was so smooth and Philipp walked me through every step of the process. He always gave me just the right amount of information so I could make informed decisions and never let me get overwhelmed. Philipp is both professional and personable so I really felt I had a friend in my corner. He is very responsive and knowledgeable and was always available to answer my questions and to assuage any concerns.

Philipp's guidance made the entire transaction easy and comfortable and I can't imagine what it would have been like without him guiding me through the process.

I will definitely be recommending Philipp and have already told my mom and another close friend. I know anyone I refer will be in good hands with Philipp.
