Words will never be enough to describe the amount of hard work and for the amount of appreciation I have. Phillip made my home buying experience extremely easy and comfortable. He spoke with confidence, I didnt have to deal with negotiating or any back and forth with seller. Within 24 hrs of working with Phillip ( first offer) I had my offer accepted. In this crazy market I was able to secure a house that has everything I wanted and more!! He stayed in great communication the entire time. He has amazing people around him to help the process as well (Shout out to Luis and the Fairway crew). I highly recommend!!!!!!!!!

Phillip helped me get into my first home and also put me in touch with a lender he frequently uses. Because they know each other so well the process in both the lending aspect and finding a home was a breeze!

Phillip was very responsive and answered ALL of my annoying questions as a first time home buyer! Without any hesitation he met up with me last minute to look at “the house of my dreams” a few times until we confidently found THE house of my dreams. He also worked with my schedule.

He kept my spirits up during this sellers market and assured me we’d find something for me. And we did in just a couple of weeks!

I can confidently say that Phillip has his clients best interest in mind at all times. I will definitely be using him again.

That was over 3 years ago, and since then he has actively maintained communication with holiday cards and Starbucks cards, as well as always keeping us up to date on the value of our home, without ever pressuring us to sell or refinance. I was a first time home buyer, months away from having a child & was referred to Phillip & his team when thinking of buying a home. From the very first meeting I knew him & his team were passionate about there work. Phillip provided step by step communication & more of a partnership for me on this journey. Helped on every obstacle I faced, from my credit to the month to month lease I had for my apartment, he was fast & efficient. This all was all in 2017, he helped me close my deal & gave me a key to my first home! I am the first in my family to own a home & I feel blessed & appreciated of him, his family & his team. It took less than 24 hours on the market for him to have obtained 4 offers for us (3 of those above asking price), and the house was sold and closed in less than 30 days. He also assisted us in finding our new home just a few weeks later. His work ethic is outstanding. He responded very quickly to all of our questions and took our calls at all hours of the day. To anyone considering using Phillip Gonzales as your Real Estate agent; Let me tell you about our experience with Phillip. We were selling our home in Seattle and were put in contact with Phillip through a recommendation of our Seattle Real Estate agent. We made several trips to the Phoenix area and each time Phillip took us around and arranged for us to view the homes that interested us. As we toured the homes Phillip was very helpful in pointing out the pros and cons of each home. He talked to us at great length about the surrounding medical facilities, shopping, churches and sporting venues. The closing, ensuing paper work and move in went very smoothly. Thanks to Phillip.

I am 84 years old and have dealt with numerous Real Estate agents in the purchasing and selling of our homes. There have been good ones and some less than good ones. Then along came Phillip Gonzales. He broke the mold. Phillip was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and VERY helpful in our home purchase.

And here’s the good part…after we purchased our home, paid the commissions, signed all the papers, moved in, Phillip remained in contact with us…AFTER the sale. We purchased our home 4 ½ years ago. Phillip is still in contact with us. We not only found an outstanding Real Estate agent. We also found a friend.

After going to high school was this guy, never, ever would I have ever thought of getting a house with Phillip as my realtor. However, from my experience with Phillip, he is a fighter. Phillip fought so hard for us that we were able to bid on my house and beat 6 offers, including a cash offer. And did all of this while I was on the other side of the country. Being a first time buyer, he walk me through the entire process to make me feel like I knew what i was doing. Any question we had, he got the answer for me like snapping fingers. And even with how bizarre how our house came to be ours, he followed the bread crumbs. This guy will fight until the end. Even after getting out bidded on other houses, he kept fighting to find us a house. He will answer his phone no matter what time it is or what day it is. If you have your eyes on a certain house, give him a call and you'll get it. Once again Phillip, thank you so much for all that you did.

Phillip worked tirelessly with me to find my first home and went above and beyond my expectations for a realtor. He was fantastic helping me through the entire process as a first time buyer and always answered my questions immediately day or night, and even on weekends and while he was on vacation.
