Phillip Greenblatt

Phillip Greenblatt started his real estate career in since 1984. He started his career as a licensed salesperson for a five office company. He worked his way up to rental manager and then office manager. In 1990, Phillip acquired the office of Village Plaza Realty, Inc. At the time, there were three sales associates. We have grown over the years to sixteen sales associates with full management and secretarial support and almost doubled our office space. Village Plaza Realty, Inc. has been serving Malverne, Lynbrook, Valley Stream, Franklin Square, West Hempstead, Oceanside, Rockville Centre and surrounding areas for over thirty three years. Our location has been called "the best in town". We are located in the heart of town across from the long island railroad station.

Prior to Phillip's real estate career he attended Nassau Community College and then Hofstra University. Phillip is the co-founder of, The Hofstra University Booster Alumni organization. He practiced accounting for a local firm in Oceanside.

Phillip is married to Ilene since 1989 and together they have a daughter Amy. Phillip is active in many local organizations and charities. He is a past president of the local Rotary Club and a past Vice President of the Malverne Merchants & Professional Association. Phillip is a past member of the Board Of Directors for the Long Island Multiple Listing Service for many years. He is a past member of the Professional Standards Committee for many years as well
