Phillip is an excellent realtor that takes time to explain your listing options and different scenarios. As your listing agent, he makes you his main priority and works hard full time to sell your property. Some of which may include using multiple listing service, having open houses, various advertising, even going door to door within the community advising neighbors.

Phil was awesome! He seemed very knowledgeable of the area we were interested in and did extensive research on the place prior to picking it out. We went to go see multiple homes over a couple weeks and we’re very excited about the Victorian style home that we settled on! My wife absolutely loved the house. I will absolutely be using Phil again for when it’s time for my parents to move and I will be recommending him to all of my friends.

Phillip was amazing!!! He helped me, my wife and kids find our dream home. He was patient with us all the way through the process. Phillip made himself available to us and went above and beyond our expectations without fail!!!
