Phillip holds a degree in Communication with an emphasis in Real Estate Management and marketing. Is certified in Real Estate Law and forced sales, is a first time home buyer specialist and VA certified. Phillip has received multiple awards in leadership including boosting productivity by 20% for Macy's corporate as an HR Director. In his off time Phillip utilizes his second Bachelors Degree in classical voice, where he has earned honors such as being the top 10% nationwide of classical vocalists by the National Association of Teachers of Singing.
