Mrs. Agege was incredible in the process of buying my first home. Not only was she extremely communicative and prepared to explain every step of the process, but my time with her made me feel she was also looking out for me as a person, not just a "customer."

She raised concerns that I hadn't even considered, did research on the places we visited, and ultimately I felt that she treated the experience as if I were one of her own family members.

I cannot recommend Mrs. Agege enough - I ended up with my dream home (and in what must have been record time!) and she even sent me a gift after closing!

Once again, HIGHLY recommend. Especially in a place like Los Angeles, finding someone who feels genuine in providing help (rather than an agent that puts on a smile but doesn't FEEL genuine) is rare, and Mrs. Agege hit the mark!

Philomena was willing to drive more than fifty miles to show us homes…always with a smile! We saw dozens of homes over 3 months. In a difficult housing market, she never let us give up hope. This is the 2nd time we’ve worked with her, first to sell our home, then to buy another. She works fast! Her negotiation skills are stellar! Philomena was phenomenal from home selection to getting the keys! She was welcoming and responsive to emails, texts and phone calls. Her knowledge of the the area, combined with clarifying communication kept us well informed and sane during our LA homebuying experience. We bought our house sight unseen, which worried me, but I could not be happier with the space! She nailed it!!! Our escrow process was a drawn out nightmare, but Philomena guided us through with patience and information. I would highly recommend her for your next home buying experience.
