Phoebe came highly recommended by a friend and I’m so glad we worked with her. My husband and I relocated from out of state with a baby in the midst of covid. Needless to say, I was really worried about being able to find something we liked in an uncertain market within our timeframe. We had been trying to search for a rental ourselves but between unresponsive agents and fake listings, I was at my wits end.
As soon as we talked to Phoebe, she was ON IT! Anytime we sent her a listing we liked, she had info in minutes and a tour set up next day. In less than 2 weeks we found an amazing home. She even set up movers for us! On top of all that, she extremely sweet and a pleasure to work with.
