My mom and I had the pleasure of being connected to Phoebe through a recommendation from our bank when we were in the market to purchase our own place. At that point, we had looked at a number of places and worked with a few other real estate agents before Phoebe, and we got absolutely nowhere in our search.

Once Phoebe agreed to be our agent, we knew we were in very good hands. She worked tirelessly with us in finding places we may be interested in looking at, researching any information she could find about the ones we were thinking of putting an offer on, and looking out for us throughout the entire process. She genuinely had our best interests in mind.

When we finally put an offer on a co-op, and it was accepted by the one who was selling, Phoebe was there every step of the way when it came to navigating the overwhelming paperwork that followed with the board package and what to expect from a typical board interview. Phoebe was endlessly patient with us, always finding time for us to talk through anything we were concerned or had questions about. Her dedication, professionalism, and wonderful personality got us through the long process of finalizing the purchase of our home. Without her, I'm not sure my mom and I would have found the home we live in today.

We are eternally grateful to Phoebe for everything she has done for us. If you're looking for an agent, I highly recommend her because she'll go above and beyond for her clients until you find exactly what it is you're looking for or need.

Phoebe is extremely detailed in her work. She not only found a home for my clients but she still maintains a relationship with them. Lots of realtors are transaction based but Phoebe is more relationship orientated. Hope to work together real soon.

Phoebe made our first-time buying experience so smoothe! She helped us navigate all the complicated processes and paperwork and advocated for us throughout the entire process, from setting up viewings, to asking important questions of the sellers, to closing.
