My family worked with Phoebe and team to rent a property for a year. We had a few early issues with the property (water leakage). The team was amazing to help us out, quick to respond even in early morning hours on a Sunday and helped us sort out the issues. Communications between us and the property owners through them was also quick and seamless. The team is professional and extremely helpful!

Absolutely the best! Phoebe is an outstandingly skilled real estate agent, extremely hard-working, and absolultely great to work with - she is the BEST! She advised us early on regarding the various market approaches we could take in selling our first place, and worked with us to achieve our goals. We're now heading into our fourth purchase/sale with her! And she is truly going the extra mile on this one. There's been some plumbing issues that needed to be addressed, and not only is she working with the listing agent to get the work done, she has made suggestions and insisted on workmanship details along the way that likely prevented serious future problems. She has the knowledge, experience and expertise to address various issues involved beyond what we could have imagined. We truly cannot recommend Phoebe Nason highly enough - she is outstanding!
