He began his real estate career in 2015, quickly achieving Broker status by 2017 and ranking among the Top 5 agents in Rochester in 2021. He holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology and has completed Master courses in Labor and Policy, further enhancing his ability to understand and meet client needs. Phyllip is also a NYS Licensed Real Estate Broker and Developer, and the Founder and Owner of Phyllip Martin Real Estate and Property Management in Syracuse, NY, where he specializes in seamless transactions for buyers, sellers, and investors.
