Phyllis Giordano

For over 20 years, Carl and Phyllis Giordano have been helping clients buy and sell homes in Arizona's West Valley, including Litchfield Park, Goodyear, Avondale, Surprise and other surrounding Phoenix areas. As longtime residents of Litchfield Park, they have a thorough understanding of the local real estate market and have helped over 3,500 families buy and sell homes in the area. They're active members in the community and regularly support many local causes including the IMS Arizona Marathon and local YMCA.

Carl was named Realtor of the Year for 2004 & 2005 with Phoenix RE/MAX Achievers, awarded the RE/MAX Distinguished Service Award and has been inducted into the the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. He is also a lifetime member of the Presidents Round Table for the West Maricopa Association of Realtors.

Phyllis Giordano holds the CRS and Residential Luxury Home Designations, and recieved the Lifetime Achievement Award from RE/MAX International in 2008. She was also inducted into the Hall of Fame for RE/MAX in 2000 and is a member of the Platinum Club for 2000-2007.

The Giordano Real Estate Team has over 40 years of combined experience in residential real estate. They were co-owner's of RE/MAX Sunset Valley L.L.C. for 9 years and have helped many families relocate to the Greater Phoenix area.
