Phyllis and Lee first came to NSB in 1988 from the Chicago area and fell in love with the charming-friendly people, the amazing beauty of the beach and estuary, and the pure enjoyment of living in this "little beach town"!

Prior to and during her career in Real Estate, she managed an International Sales and Marketing organization for a large security software corporation working with Fortune 100 companies negotiating multimillion-dollar contracts, creating strategies, and achieving goals.

She now uses her success in communication, management, and sales skills along with a high level of integrity for the benefit of her Real Estate clients. Her experience and knowledge of internet technology provides her clients with the internet marketing visibility not known or used by other agents.

Phyllis and Lee live in NSB along with "Lilli" (Yorkie). They participate in many community projects and enjoy all the activities the area has to offer including golf, boating, fishing, walking the beach and just watching the amazing sunsets.
