Phyllis is very very knowledgeable about the King and Snohomish county real estate markets. We purchased our home in Arlington via Phyllis and she was helpful in selling our condo in Edmonds.. She is responsive and professional. Her commitment and hard work is evident every step of the way. Her kind and thoughtful demeanor results in a pleasant experience. Phyllis is someone I would definitely recommend to help buy or sell Real estate.
