Would give 10 out of 5 stars if I could! Pip helped us purchase a home in a pandemic... and made it incredibly easy and stress-free. We were using a VA loan and had heard many stories that we'd NEVER get an offer accepted in this market. However Pip set his sights on getting us a home. In the end, we only viewed two homes, and it was the second home that we had our offer accepted on! Pip created this awesome offer presentation that we were so impressed by. And the seller accepted us! Thanks Pip for helping this military family buy their very first home.

Pip is wonderful! My family and I made a big move from Boston over the summer and Pip couldn’t have made the transition any easier. He led us though a very challenging market and got us into our beautiful home. We couldn’t have done it without his outside the box thinking and experience in the South Jersey region. Thank you so much Pip! We still owe you a drink on our porch!

We can’t speak highly enough of our experience with Pip Haxby-Thompson. Pip is honest and hands-on, and he really helped us as first-time homebuyers.
Pip was very knowledgeable. When we viewed properties, Pip explained aspects of the home that we, as first-time homebuyers, were unaware of. We appreciated Pip’s approach. Always encouraging, never pushy. We never felt pressured after viewing a property. We really couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
Pip was always positive and cheerful! We highly recommend Pip to buyers looking in South Jersey.

Pip was amazing to work with in the process of trying to find our new home. He had incredible knowledge of the Haddon Township marketplace and quickly took our list of "wants" in our home and put together options for us. As we saw each home, he coached us up on things to really look at.

Once we landed on the home that we wanted, Pip moved quickly to reinforce our sales process by referring a ton of other PHENOMENAL people to help us (real estate lawyer, inspector, etc.).

Pip made a stressful situation of buying a home much less stressful. He then made the experience of walking into our home for the first time very memorable by doing little things around the place to make it a warm home. Can't thank him enough for all of his great work!

My fiancé & I could not have asked for a better realtor. From the very beginning, Pip made the process of buying a house so smooth, & effortless. He was always very professional & has so much knowledge in regards to buying a home. As first time home buyers, he answered all of our questions/concerns & was only a text or phone call away. You can tell Pip truly cared about what we wanted & never wasted our time on homes that didn’t meet our needs & also didn’t push us ever in another direction, which is something we’ve encountered with past realtors. My husband and I both agree that words cannot truly describe what Pip Haxby-Thompson has meant to both of our lives. We met Pip back in August 2018, when we were frantically looking for a rental in the South Jersey Area. We had to find a place by September 2018, and kept losing out on applications we put in ourselves. Fortunately, a random Google search led us to Pip, and he diligently worked with us to find us an amazing condo rental in Mount Laurel. We didn't know it at the time, but we were Pip's first clients. However, his professionalism and knowledge appeared as if he was working in the industry for years. Fast forward to two years later, my husband and I were in the same situation, but this time, as buyers in a sellers market. Again, we lost on several offers we put in, but Pip was extremely patient over several months. Pip worked around our schedules, and it didn't matter whether it was late at night or on a weekend, he always responded within the hour. In December 2020, we closed on a beautiful home in Marlton. Prior to entering the home buying market, some people suggested to my husband and I that "you both are smart and knowledgeable, just skip out on the realtor fee and find a house yourself." Luckily, we ignored that advise and used Pip. If you're in the market for a house and thinking of finding one yourself, don't do it. There's no way we would have closed on a house without one, and Pip was worth every penny. More than that, he's a person we now consider a friend and look forward to continuing to seeing him even after the closing on our house.

We worked with Pip both to buy our new home and then again to sell our old home. When we were looking for a new home, he took the time to understand what we were looking for and was able to identify just the right place as soon as it came on the market. He also gave us very helpful advice that resulted in our offer being accepted when there were other offers in play. When we were selling, he continued to be a source of good input on the kinds of repairs and upgrades that would have the most impact for potential buyers, and was very helpful with a whole range details, from helping us get contractors, to getting the housed cleaned and staged to show well, helping us with details like various certificates and smoke detectors, and helping us manage multiple offers and a few snags in negotiations. Overall, we found him responsive, professional, and on top of that very pleasant to work with.

Pip was absolutely fantastic! I'm a 3rd time home buyer, so I've been through this process before and have worked with multiple realtors; Pip's been the creme of the crop. We got cold feet with our 1st home, backing out shortly before the contract was executed - Pip was nothing short of supportive & patient, helping us find the right home for the right price. From the first point of contact to the very end of finding a home to rent, Pip was absolutely tremendous. My girlfriend and I decided to move in together, and wanted to find a place that was both affordable and spacious - in a very short amount of time. Before meeting Pip, we unsuccessfully put down offers for several homes to rent - we didn’t realize how competitive the rental market was in South Jersey!

Luckily, Pip responded by email to one of our inquiries, which was an absolute blessing. From day one, Pip was extremely active, kept in constant communication with us, sent us several listings every day and showed us several homes. His knowledge and expertise of the South Jersey area is top of the line, while his friendliness and professionalism were refreshing traits during a stressful house hunting experience.

I rarely write reviews, but writing this was a necessity as I honestly believe we would still be looking if not for Pip. I highly recommend Pip whether you are searching for a home to rent or buy- you won’t regret it!
