PJ Kennedy

PJ is originally from Winchester, Massachusetts, but has lived in the Charlotte area since 2007. Living and working in Charlotte has provided a great foundation to base his real estate career. He is a Keller Williams Capping agent, a six-time BOLD graduate, and a 2014 graduate from the CRRA Leadership Academy. He is licensed in real estate in both North Carolina and South Carolina. He was a Productivity Coach in 2015 and 2016 and has been an Ignite Instructor since 2014. Voted by his peers, he won the Keller Williams Ballantyne Team Player award in 2015, 2017, 2018 & 2021. He holds multiple degrees from Johnson & Wales University. His first Associate Degree is in Restaurant Management, and his second Associate Degree in Culinary Arts. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food & Beverage Management with a Double Minor.

PJ’s passion has always been helping to change the lives of others by guiding them into more positive directions that allow doors to open and dreams to be fulfilled for years to come. He personally knows that only Keller Williams can provide every agent with the systems, tools and models for successful careers not only for today but also provides an ongoing future stream of income through their awesome profit share plan.

PJ founded Kennedy Homes of the Carolinas in 2015. This real estate team is composed of highly experienced agents focusing on giving back to the community and supporting local charities by hosting and attending monthly events.
