Polly was great! When I started my home buying process I initially chose a listing agent of a home I was interested, and that experience was not great. We missed opportunities to submit offers, it took days to schedule viewings, and the communication was sub-par. I had given up. I told that agent I was taking a break, that I’d go my own route and services were no longer needed.

About a week later, I saw 6-units listed in the same complex and I called every listing agent to get more information. All 6 responded, but I was more interested in Polly’s unit (over a unit that was completely remodeled). I think I got very lucky with this process. She made this process very easy for me. She understood I was an out-of-state buyer, and serious about purchasing. She really went above and beyond by sending videos, video calls, being there for inspections, working/coordinating with a friend who was living in Phoenix. She communicated her schedule, returned phone calls and was very transparent with the whole process. Again, very easy to work and communicate with.

I was so happy to have closed, to meet her and her husband. I very much recommend her! I got extremely lucky.

I have to shout it from the rooftops! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!! Polly Blackwell. From the beginning to the end of my home sale you were there for me. My level of stress came down as you guided me through the process of listing and selling my home. My anxiety of having people come tour my home during Covid19 was put at ease by all the protective measures you provided in an appointment only setting. Gloves, Mask's, Shoe booties, Hand sanitizer, were all provided by you and prospective buyers and their agents took great care in using the protective gear to keep my home , me and my family safe. The house sold in the first weekend showing! Full ASK!! Cash offer. You provided me with exactly everything you promised and even above and beyond. The ease of having the Title Work done and signed in my home with a Notary was great. My payoff cam the same day as promised, which I really needed to use for my new place. I give Polly a 10, she was great, not in a hurry to show me several different homes. We went looking 3 different days until I found what I wanted and now I am a happy Homeowner. She went through the whole process with the lender with me and was at closing with me to make sure all the paperwork was in order. She is the best Realtor in the Valley. I highly recommend her. Polly went out of her way to make everything about buying my house absolutely wonderful. I chose a town that was over an hour away and she was always up to take my family out there and show us around till we found the perfect house.
