Praney has been such a pleasure to work with. My parents are first-time homebuyers and naturally had many questions and concerns about purchasing a house. Since we’ve been living in the Bay Area but were looking to buy in Sacramento, the process felt even more overwhelming because we didn’t know anyone there.

We were recommended to work with Praney as both our real estate agent and loan officer, and from the very first call, my parents could tell he would be easy to work with. Praney is the man you want when it comes to getting exactly what you are looking for! I had been in the market for a home and had my requirements set on what I wanted and Praney got me more that that! He got me a home on a 2 acres lot with a barn, pool and my own basketball court.

I had all my trust in Praney that he can make it happen and got my offer accepted beating multiple offers on this property. I feel in love in this property and was happy to buy it as-is but Praney got all the inspections done for me and as a result got me a large sellers credit on top of everything else. We closed in record time and got my keys delivered to me within 30min of closing.

Was really great working with Praney. Praney was very efficient and effective in helping me shop for the ideal home and he did a great job explaining every key detail of the home buying process including what I should expect to pay in closing costs which, for a first time home buyer, was really stress relieving.
