Was really great working with Praney. Praney was very efficient and effective in helping me shop for the ideal home and he did a great job explaining every key detail of the home buying process including what I should expect to pay in closing costs which, for a first time home buyer, was really stress relieving. Praney got me a great deal on a beautiful 2 bed 2 bath house which to this day I am surprised he was able to do. I would highly recommend Praney to any first time home buyer looking to buy a house.
