Praney is the man you want when it comes to getting exactly what you are looking for! I had been in the market for a home and had my requirements set on what I wanted and Praney got me more that that! He got me a home on a 2 acres lot with a barn, pool and my own basketball court.

I had all my trust in Praney that he can make it happen and got my offer accepted beating multiple offers on this property. I feel in love in this property and was happy to buy it as-is but Praney got all the inspections done for me and as a result got me a large sellers credit on top of everything else. We closed in record time and got my keys delivered to me within 30min of closing.
