HOME Sellers - Information is your best friend and my goal is to inform you in all different ways to get the best value in your home selling effort. I advise you to list your property now when inventory is slightly lower. Too many homes listed in your selling price range is an area is an important factor in deciding when to sell.

Home Buyers - I urge you to start NOW when rates are slightly higher because home prices are lower at this time. You can always refinance to get lower rate. Home values are created by buying at a good price when home prices are lower. Selling price is not in your control (market determined), Buying decision is in your control. Bay Area is going to become seller's market as rates go lower.
