A native of the Hudson Valley area, Preety is a Wall Street executive and a real estate Broker. With 17 years of experience in the real estate industry, including two years as a Broker, Preety has a deep understanding of the local real estate market and possesses the knowledge and expertise necessary to help her clients achieve their real estate goals.
Her areas of focus include commercial and residential real estate, on both the buy- and sell-side. She holds an undergraduate degree in Business and Spanish, as well as an MBA in Finance.
In addition to her educational background, she has notable training and experience as a consultant in Banking and Capital Markets, as well as Aerospace and Defense industries. As a Broker and Investor, she brings a unique perspective to her clients and is able to provide them with valuable insights and guidance.
Preety is also fluent in Spanish, Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu; which allows her to connect with a broad range of clients. She loves helping people identify their real estate needs and wants; and guiding them through the process of finding the perfect property.
