I was referred to Prem from one of my friends who had previously had bought two houses and sold one house using him. This was my first time buying a home so I wanted someone who had the experience to guide and counsel me through the process. He made sure to get all of the requirements I was looking for and also made me aware of things I wasn't even thinking which was very helpful. Throughout the process he was always very helpful in setting up appointments to see places and was never pushing me at all and wanted me to get the house I wanted. He provide me feedback whenever needed and helped me with decisions throughout the process. Funnily I ended up purchasing in one of the first communities he showed me which goes to show he listened to what I wanted. Premji is an incredible realtor. He made sure that we had the best experience while buying our first home. Buying a home being a huge financial decision, it is important for us to trust our realtor's opinions and suggestions. Working with Premji made it all very easy. He ensured that we were informed about every parameter we need to be aware of while making the decision. He never pushed us into buying any home. We made 3 offers in total and in each offer, we barely lost the house by a small margin, due to Premji's apt intuition and working knowledge of market and his experience. Prem helped my husband and I sell our house. He had helped us buy our first house and knew we could trust him completely. As always he was on top of things and always available on call and text. He has tons of experience that you can leverage and is flexible to work with your needs and goals such as timing, etc. The real estate market then was very unpredictable and with his guidance we were able to plan when we could start the selling process.

We first met Prem back in 2018 as a notary public.
My husband and I quickly felt at ease and formed a great rapport simply because how genuine and welcoming he is.
During this time, we have shared with Prem that we were in the market of buying a house.
We later on discovered that he’s actually a Real Estate agent through Intero and offered his help when the time comes without being pushy (coincidence or was it meant to be? Hahaha!).

Fast forward to 2019, my husband and I were finally ready to buy a house.
We didn’t hesitate reaching out to Prem because we know we’ll be in good hands.
As suspected, Pre did not disappoint and found us our “ideal home” at prime location in Elk Grove.

Myself and my spouse happened to know Mr. Prem Lakhanpal, from one of his posts in the Indians in Bay Area Facebook group and got in touch with him, since we were planning to purchase a home. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the house in the right place. However, Prem helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. I just purchased a new single family home with the help of Shri. Prem Lakhanpal. I have nothing but to say positive things about Mr. Prem. He is a thorough professional. I was looking for a realtor to accompany us to see a house and bounced upon his profile/posts in facebook. He immediately picked up my call and was willing to meet the same day to look at the houses. We immediately hit it off. He is very responsive, always available to talk or chat over messages and really good in giving good advice. He is not just any realtor but a real estate consultant. He is one such person who would do anything for the customer and places clients over money. He is not a person who would close a transaction thats not beneficial to his client and he wouldnt push the buyer to put in very high offer so that the deal is closed even if the buyer wants to put in really high offer he gives the right advice to save money(ultimately we all want the deal to get closed but he has the right mindset and gives right advice). In this hot real estate market in bay area I would say he easily helped me save $50-$75k. He knows the market in and out and advices the right offer price. He does thorough research, looks at right comparables and comes up with right offer price. We put offer only for 1 property based on his advice and closed the deal within few days with 2 counter offers. He has a great personality too and I always enjoyed talking about real estate and other thing with him( he loves to talk and so am I!!!). But he is a very humble and nice person. He wants the deal to happen but the right way. Even though he has a team he gave me personal attention from start to end. I cant thank you enough Prem ji. This is just a beginning. You are my realtor for life.

I still remember my first conversation with Prem Ji; Being a first-time home buyer, I have called him with basic to no real estate knowledge in the Bay Area. Prem is a very experienced, empathetic, well-connected and well-respected agent who we whole-heartedly recommend. We are first time buyers and we wanted to take advantage of the low mortgage rates this year, 2020.

Buying a new home in the bay area is a nerve-wracking procedure, but, we are very glad for having a seamless home buying experience working with Prem. Prem is attentive, extremely responsive, professional, and very well versed with the residential real estate market in the south bay area, and tri-valley. He stayed on top of everything and we didn’t have to worry about many things - without saying he took care of a lot of things during this whole process in working with the sales team, loan agent, and escrow team. We got Prem’s recommendation through one of our close friends who also purchased a home with Prem recently. To start with, Prem understood our needs and gathered a list of requirements, and sent a curated list of available home options within a day. We closed on the 2nd home from the list, but before we provided the offer, Prem helped us to show many more options to ensure we explored all the possible options. We found Prem randomly via Redfin wanting to look at a house for sale, sadly that house wasnt for us but Prem was amazing. Went above and beyond to show us other houses in the area, took notes on what we were looking for and wanted in a house and then called us Sunday night about a hot new house that we might like and we purchased it the next day. I accidentally met Mr. Prem Lakhanpal at an elementary school where we both went to pick up our grandchildren. At that time I had been looking to buy some property on a 1031 exchange. I decided to try him out when I learned that he is a realtor.

I had positive experience with Prem. He was patient in showing me properties and he gave me guidance on the pros and cons of properties. He oversaw the financing part, talked to the lenders and helped us to understand the numbers coming at me. I never felt I was pressured to make a quick decision. I ended up buying two properties.

After the sale, he did not disappear. He came to meet me and greet me when the buildings were handed over to me. He helped me in finding a tenant to one of the out-of-town units.
