About Preston

My name is Preston Davis and I have been a proud resident of Sherman for over 20 years. Being a part of this community is what fills my cup. My main focus areas are residential and land purchase but I am also versed in commercial contracts as I navigate them from time to time..

Beyond my personal pursuits, I actively contribute to the community by serving on many local boards: I am a director for Goodwill of North Texas, The Sherman Museum and the Sherman Main Street Advisory Board. Additionally, I am on the executive committee for The Greater Texoma Association of REALTORS and play a role in various committees for both local, state and national REALTOR associations.

All of this experience gives me a unique insight on the growth coming to the north Texas area and sets me apart from other REALTORS in the area. My goal is to provide a seamless transaction and provide the best service possible in order to create lifetime relationships and become the go to real estate resource for North Texas.
