Going into the process I was a fair bit anxious but after meeting with Greg it all became a lot easier. He simplified the process, removed the stress and most importantly got a great value for the home. Everyone else in the office was also friendly, fast and professional. Greg helped us before listing the house to focus on what we needed to do to show the house in the best light. He then helped us price our house appropriately and walked us through the process. With the pre-listing prep and his hard work, the house sold within a few weeks. When we had issues and concerns during the process, he helped us navigate them. We needed a large site to house two families with horses and dogs that would satisfy the disparate needs of all four of us, we needed it fast and we were 1,000 miles away when we started. She did it! Our family worked with Nickie Trunnell to purchase a home in Alamosa and had an excellent experience with her. We were coming from out of state and she was very helpful in showing us homes remotely at the beginning of our search. Eventually, we were able to do on-site visits, and she was an excellent resource in working through our many questions about schools, areas of town, utility providers, etc. The closing process was seamless. Overall, she made a very stressful process much easier to manage as she was very responsive to calls and texts, getting answers to our questions, and working with the seller. And now that we've been in town for a few months, she continues to be a helpful resource within the community.

I very recently bought a house through Porter Realty, and I can't say enough good things about everyone there, especially Ryan Morgan, who went way above and beyond what I went in expecting. He was on top of everything. Worked with myself, my dad who was advising me, and the sellers to make it a very smooth transition from renting to owning. We put our home up for sell at Porter Realty, they give us a few pointers on what to do and helped us figure out just what we wanted and what would be a good starting point on our selling price. Our home sold within 3 months and we were happy with the sell, we had got just what we were asking and we enjoyed out visit and set downs we had with the sellers and the buyers..
