Meet Priscilla McNamee
Hi there, and thank you for taking a moment to read my story! I’m Priscilla — a lifelong Clark County, Ohio native who grew up on the east side of the county and graduated from Northeastern High School. Afterward, I attended Columbus State Community College, where I studied business and real estate.
At my father’s encouragement, I decided to pursue a career in real estate — and since earning my license in 1993, I’ve been proudly serving clients full time. Over the years, I’ve helped thousands of families achieve their real estate goals. My relationships with clients are truly the most valuable part of what I do, and I strive to deliver the highest level of care and service in every transaction.
Since 2015, I’ve been part of the well-known Buffini Referral Network and participate in one-on-one coaching with Buffini & Company. My success is built on my clients’ satisfaction — your referral is my greatest reward.
Like many people, I’ve faced life’s challenges — including divorce, the housing crash, and financial hardships — and those experiences have humbled me. Through faith, family, friends, and determination, I’ve rebuilt and thrived. My energy and enthusiasm for real estate are contagious, and I take pride in being a proven listing agent with creative, customized marketing strategies that deliver results.
My listings are marketed through three MLS systems — WRIST (Springfield/Troy/Urbana and surrounding areas), Dayton MLS, and Columbus MLS — giving my sellers triple the exposure compared to most agents. I also specialize in foreclosures, short sales, and investor portfolios, and I’m happy to provide a free list of foreclosures upon request. As a relocation specialist, I offer top referral fees (30%) to Realtors in other areas.
I was honored to serve as a Director of the Springfield Board of Realtors from 2014–2016, Treasurer in 2016, and participated on multiple committees at the state level with the Ohio Association of Realtors.
In 2018, I settled into a peaceful wooded property in Champaign County — my personal sanctuary. I love working outdoors, tending my flower beds, and spending time with my family, my Olde English Bulldogge Willie, and my tuxedo cat Daniel. I also enjoy camping, kayaking, fishing, and exploring my new-found love for travel. And of course, I never miss the chance to catch a live football or baseball game whenever I can.
My latest and greatest joy in life is being “Gigi” to two little boys — Grayson and Graham. Becoming a grandmother has brought a whole new level of love and purpose to my life, and I cherish every moment spent with them.
