Purvi has been an amazing realtor for us. Twice. 5 years ago she helped us purchase our first home. And just this week, she helped us sell it. Both times, she has looked after our interests in great detail, and really understood what we were looking for, and ultimately got us the best deal possible. She and her team go above and beyond to provide the best support needed to someone in this market. She gets both the business and the personal side of these transactions perfectly. Worked with Purvi for both of my houses. I found her online while first looking for real estate agent for my first home. When I first met her, She sat down with us and gave us brief overview of home buying process. Never disappointed with my decision after that point.
I still remember when I was hunting for my first home in San Diego market. We had put some offers and no success. The last place I liked had some plumbing work going on. As soon as we entered the home we noticed some water leaks from Ceiling. Purvi Immediately rushed to upstairs bathroom and shut off water behind water tank. It saved some more damage to Kitchen ceiling. This gesture somehow turned into advantage for me and seller decided to choose us even though they had higher offer from other.
Similar struggle when purchasing the 2nd home. We had gone through more than 10 offers but no luck. As an agent She has always guided us, provided us feedback on homes, pricing etc. Always punctual and does not keep us waiting. I like how she puts everyone together in group email during Escrow. This makes lot of communication easy and avoids mistakes. Follows up with other agents timely and help close any queries we have.
For us, She was not just an agent. It turned out to be very friendly relationship with her.

Hi, My name is Jonathan and I would like to share my reasons for endorsing Purvi Shah. In June 2012 I was in the midst of searching for a home to purchase and I was working with not-less-than five different real estate agents that I found online because I was searching for, but could not find, someone that I felt would listen to me and pay attention to what I was looking for in a home. For example, I would specify that I wanted a single-story, 2,100 sq ft. home on one acre, 4-plus bedrooms, 2.5 ba, etc; and what I would get from these real estate agents would be a two-story home 1,500 sq ft. home on .25 acre, 3-bedroom, 1-bath. As a result of dealing with unattentive real estate agents I was spending 3 to 4 hours a night searching for properties that fit my preferences. One evening I receive an email from Purvi introducing herself to me and asking me if she could be of service and I replied to her email explaning that I had a very specific idea of what I wanted in a home. The next day I met Purvi in person at a property that she researched for me and although the property was close I told Purvi that it was not exactly what I had in mind. We talked a bit more and Purvi surprised me by proposing that; if I would agree to work exclusively with her to purchase a property, then she would dedicate herself to ensuring that she would find the property that I was looking for. I really appreciated Purvi's candor and accepted her offer on the spot. Some months later Purvi delivered on her promise and in August 2012, thanks to Purvi, I purchased the home of my dreams! During the weeks and months that Purvi was searching for the right property for me she would contacted me daily either by phone or email to update me on her search criteria for me. During that same time Purvi demonstrated inexhaustible patiences, kindness, and a true willingness to listen to my feedback, and answer all of my questions. I feel very fortunate to have met Purvi because she is truly dedicated to her real estate profession. I endorse Purvi because I know that she will provide you with the same excellent level of service that she provide for me because she will settle for nothing less than excellent service for all her clientele!
