My husband and I were fortunate to work with Quan, although it was not your standard buyer’s agent capacity. Our primary buyer’s agent is an absolute angel, but she is located in Orlando and we had to look for homes in the Tampa area for work. Our realtor connected us with Quan as our TB area liaison and he was such a class act from the start! I flew down to come tour what is now our first home and Quan was early to the house and had everything set up for a meticulous and joyful walkthrough. My favorite part is, he brought along blue painters tape and instructed me to mark any issues or concerns I found with it. Just the simple things like that really made such a huge mark in the process. Any time I had a question about the property, he would answer immediately and was so knowledgeable. Every question my husband and I threw his way he found the right answer to and would always give us solid advice. He is such a joy to work with! Thank you for the support you provided in this special process, Quan!

Quan!

Quan is very knowledgeable in the real estate market (Tampa, Lakeland and Orlando) in the areas where I was looking at purchasing. He explains the offer and breaks down the contract language to where the novice buyer could understand it clearly. This man is very skilled in writing offers and executing. My overall experience was great working with him. We will be working together in the future!

From the first time we spoke to Quan, we felt we were in the right hands! He knew exactly what he was doing, spent time explaining the process and answered ALL our questions! He made himself available at all hours and made sure that we could text if needed. On the night that we wanted to sign the initial contract, he was on the phone with us until late hours, making sure that he did everything he could to make our deal happen. Not only that, but he was beyond friendly, he did everything with a “smile”. As we moved farther into the process, Quan made us feel comfortable, informed and supported every step of the way. He was in constant contact with us to update us on the status of everything. He negotiated with the selling agent and noticed things in the contract that most agents would not. Quan is the perfect combination of excellent work ethic with incredible people person skills! A rare find!!!! If we sell our current house in the future, our new listing agent has quite a high standard to meet as Quan sets the bar high! He is truly the BEST.
