Quinten Sharp

Sharp Homes by the Sea is owned and operated by Real Estate Broker / Realtor, Quinten Sharp. After graduating with a double BBA in Marketing and Management from Baylor University (sic 'em Bears!), Quinten began his sales experience in medical supplies and then Off Road Sports marketing. He eventually discovered his love of real estate and began selling homes in Houston, Texas. Quinten moved to Orange County in 1986.

Quinten is assisted by his wife April Sharp. April works closely in the area of marketing and graphic design specifically tailored to real estate sales.

Sharp Homes by the Sea has other agents on the team as well who help market listings. The office of Sharp Homes by the Sea is conveniently located near the 5 Points Shopping Center.

Quinten & April have two sons and the entire family is very active in the Huntington Beach community between the local schools, church, sports teams, and performing arts.

I want your escrow to go smoothly and therefore, I will be there every step of the way...Unlike many of my competitors, I do not believe in having “many cooks (assistants) in the kitchen” so to speak. I believe in efficiency and top-of-the-line service. I will personally answer all your questions in a timely manner, negotiate the best price possible for your home, be there for inspections and I will work closely with the escrow/loan officers to make sure they have everything they need to complete the transaction. Having one primary experienced Broker in charge of the transaction will keep everyone on the same page at all times.
